Welcome to El Mul Golan Country Lodging & Youth Hostel on Kibbutz Sha'ar Hagolan – facing the Gilead Mountains and the Golan Heights.
Sha'ar Hagolan –founded in 1937 is a thriving collective unchanged kibbutz makes its living on modern industry and a variety of agricultural crops. It offers a wide selection of attractions for individuals, families and groups.
There are 55 rooms in the lodge and 6 rooms in the youth hostel.
We offer lodging facilities for the handicapped, a lounge –cafeteria and a lecture hall, a mini market, a pet zoo for children and a souvenir shop in the reception office.
All rooms contain TV, AC, WC, a refrigerator and hot drinks facilities and an optional wireless internet connection service.
Accommodation is on a B&B basis, a kosher kitchen; there is an option of ordering lunch, dinner or packed meals by prior arrangement. Guided tours of the kibbutz, museum & agriculture – in several languages – can be arranged.
Visit the museum of Yarmukian Culture, see the world-known prehistoric artifacts display and learn about the rich civilization that flourished near the Yarmuk River 8000 years ago.
